In today's world, organizations are constantly changing and shifting, causing strategy and culture to do the same. When even the best strategies encounter a misaligned culture, it’s like getting stuck in molasses - progress slows and momentum is lost for all moving parts. This makes realigning strategy and culture essential.
This eProgram series offers you the physical tools and framework needed to experience a live strategy culture alignment planning session and bring great value back to their organization. As a result, you can jumpstart a purposeful approach to culture and establish an unspoken way things get done within the organization.
You will be able to identify culture from your perspective, as well as acquiring the tools to determine what culture would be most in line with your strategy. It's this perspective and the “a-ha!” moments that is historically never kept to one's self. As a result, you will engage in lively conversations day of, and bring your new take on culture back to your team to get their perspective. This is rooted in a focus on what changes an individual can make to be more in line with an aligned strategy and culture, or "purposeful culture." When the processes, systems, and metrics can be linked to purposeful culture, participant's strategic relevance to the organization increases significantly. Leaders drive culture. Culture drives performance. Performance drives results. Trust drives everything. Throughout this eProgram, you will:
- Determine the culture most critical to achieve strategic goals, and how to apply it organization wide
- Differentiate a healthy culture and a purposefully-aligned culture
- Identify how your approach to work must shift in order to reach your strategic goals
