> Comply with the California, San Francisco, and Los Angeles criminal history inquiry prohibitions.
> Satisfy the new California and San Francisco salary history inquiry prohibition requirements.
> Prepare for interviews, including whether to hold individual or panel interviews.
> Conduct interviews, including where to hold interviews and how to avoid distractions.
There will be a short demo and the end of the presentation on how to prepare for compliant interviews using NCHRA’s member-only benefit tool, HR360.
ABOUT THE PRESENTER
Kylan Johnson is the Supervisor of Legal Content at HR360, which specializes in providing web-based HR
and benefits compliance solutions to employers and health insurance brokers. Kylan manages a team of
six lawyers that write and edit content for HR360 and its suite of products. His specific areas of expertise
include the laws governing HR, employee benefits, health care reform, and workplace safety.
