No matter how good your products and services are, if your people don't connect, communicate, collaborate, and most importantly...navigate conflict well, your organization will continually struggle with mediocre results. Gallup Polls indicate when employees leave jobs due to management, the number one reason is because of the interactions with their direct supervisors. When expectations go unmet, or people have taken offense from an interaction, the root of resentment begins to grow. The average cost of employee turnover in the Bay Area is approximately 1-2 times an employee's annual salary. We will address the relational breakdowns in the workplace that result in keeping company growth stagnant in this interactive workshop.


For every 2 Baby Boomers that retire, there is one Gen X to fill the role, followed by Millennials.  Millennials are often getting fast-tracked into management and haven’t developed critical soft skills. This workshop is formulated for managers, new or seasoned, that need people skills/soft skills training.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellations received less than seven calendar days from the program date are not refundable. If cancellation within seven days of the program is unavoidable, a credit for a future event will be granted, minus a $75 administration fee ($15 for regional meetings). Credits must be used within one year of issue. A substitute attendee is allowed at the applicable NCHRA member/non-member rate in lieu of credit. Separate cancellation policies apply for the HR West Conference and Certification Preparation Courses.
