Bad “vibe” is costing you good people. Send us your managers and leaders, then watch your teams transform and your organization navigate conflict.
No matter how good your products and services are, if your people don't connect, communicate, collaborate, and most importantly...navigate conflict well, your organization will continually struggle with mediocre results. Gallup Polls indicate when employees leave jobs due to management, the number one reason is because of the interactions with their direct supervisors. When expectations go unmet, or people have taken offense from an interaction, the root of resentment begins to grow. The average cost of employee turnover in the Bay Area is approximately 1-2 times an employee's annual salary. We will address the relational breakdowns in the workplace that result in keeping company growth stagnant in this interactive workshop.
For every 2 Baby Boomers that retire, there is one Gen X to fill the role, followed by Millennials. Millennials are often getting fast-tracked into management and haven’t developed critical soft skills. This workshop is formulated for managers, new or seasoned, that need people skills/soft skills training.
As a manager/leader in your organization, you will learn simple visual clues, what emotional maturity is, the #1 emotional driver to make decisions, and you will leave able to have critical, often difficult or uncomfortable conversations, with your subordinates. Leaders and managers will become the kind of coaching manager whom everyone wants to work for and create a culture of trust and accountability.
A quality conversation is the impetus for every great breakthrough. This session will equip you with the skills needed to build enthusiastic teams, lean into hard conversations and draw out the best performance from your co-workers and direct reports.
You will be equipped to:
> Easily identify and inspire the Four Personal “Vibe” Types
> Build a culture of trust and accountability
> Mobilize teams to conquer challenges and seize opportunities
Enjoy entertaining videos to illustrate important points, as well as simple small group exercises that engage both the mind and your communication skill set.
