About the Presenter

Working in senior management roles for 15 years prior to owning Next Turn, Jill McGillen learned the importance of influence. Now, her company mission is to help leaders and team members discover and utilize their strengths to help build productive and satisfied workforces. Focusing in the areas of effective communication, with managers and teams, Jill is a certified trainer, member of NCHRA and SHRM, along with being a work advice columnist with articles that appears online and weekly in many publications including theSan Francisco Examiner and her work blog.

Client organizations in the bay area include Stanford University, Verinata Health, the City and County of San Francisco, Synopsys Inc., Golden Gate Bridge as well as other organizations in both the private and public sectors. Jill has been a guest lecturer at Golden Gate University and a guest speaker on several talk shows on the topics of workplace and management effectiveness.

 

 

Cancellations received less than seven calendar days from the program date are not refundable. If cancellation within seven days of the program is unavoidable, a credit for a future event will be granted, minus a $75 administration fee ($15 for regional meetings). Credits must be used within one year of issue. A substitute attendee is allowed at the applicable NCHRA member/non-member rate in lieu of credit. Separate cancellation policies apply for the HR West Conference and Certification Preparation Courses.
