About the Presenter

Jeffrey D. Sanders M.Ed., SPHR-CA, is currently a Human Resource Business Consultant with over 20 years experience and founder of J.D. Sanders Consulting. He is a HR Leader with extensive expertise in strategic management, workforce planning and integration both in large and small high tech companies including five years with Silicon Graphics Inc. He has also held senior HR positions at Irwin Home Equity and Lam Research. 
 
Jeff is experienced in project management, process reengineering and development of manuals, polices, procedures and computerized business correspondence. He is an accomplished professional with refined interpersonal and communication skills. He is a poised presenter, instructor and facilitator, able to bring together diverse working groups and project teams - fostering a genuine sense of motivation.


Cancellations received less than seven calendar days from the program date are not refundable. If cancellation within seven days of the program is unavoidable, a credit for a future event will be granted, minus a $75 administration fee ($15 for regional meetings). Credits must be used within one year of issue. A substitute attendee is allowed at the applicable NCHRA member/non-member rate in lieu of credit. Separate cancellation policies apply for the HR West Conference and Certification Preparation Courses.
