About the Presenter

Diane Foster, Founder and CEO of Diane Foster & Associates, (www.diane-foster.com ), is certified a Master Coach, has an MA in Career Development, and has worked as an organization development professional in HR at AMD and at CSAA as well as an external consultant to every industry and sector for over 30 years. Her Skill Kit for Leaders: "Real-Time" Resources for Leadership Competency Development program has been used by 100's of internal and external HR Professionals to support leadership competency development. Her work in "taking a coach approach," has achieved bottom-line results for numerous clients. Currently on extended faculty at both the College of Executive Coaching and Gestalt Institute of Cleveland's Coaching Certificate Program, she has also taught in the MHROD program at USF, and in the school of Organizational Behavior at John F. Kennedy University.


Cancellations received less than seven calendar days from the program date are not refundable. If cancellation within seven days of the program is unavoidable, a credit for a future event will be granted, minus a $75 administration fee ($15 for regional meetings). Credits must be used within one year of issue. A substitute attendee is allowed at the applicable NCHRA member/non-member rate in lieu of credit. Separate cancellation policies apply for the HR West Conference and Certification Preparation Courses.
