HR West Cancellation/Transfer Policy

Cancellations must be in writing and faxed to 415.291.0217 or emailed to Full registration fee minus a $75 processing fee will be refunded for cancellations received prior to January 19, 2015. Fifty percent (50%) of the registration fee will be refunded for cancellations received from January 19 – February 1, 2015. Cancellations received February 2, 2015 and after are not refundable.

Transfers are available and encouraged in the event of an unavoidable inability to attend. If an NCHRA member transfers his or her registration to a nonmember, the nonmember must do one of two things: Pay the difference of the NCHRA member and nonmember price at the time of transfer or become an NCHRA member at the time of transfer.
