About the Presenter
Steve McGee is an Agile Change Management consultant bringing organizational agility to companies committed to developing enterprise-level change capability. He both runs change projects with an Agile approach, and helps structure software companies to support Agile teams.
Steve spent 10 years as a leadership training and development professional followed by six years as a cross-cultural management coach in Japan - finding ways to integrate systems that were based on conflicting values. He introduced Agile to a software firm in 2007, and subsequently applied agile principles and practices to projects as diverse as changing accounting policy, events, and change management.
Currently he serves as the president of the Bay Area Organization Development Network, and is the principal of Steve McGee & Associates mcgeeacm.com
Cancellations received less than seven calendar days from the program date are not refundable. If cancellation within seven days of the program is unavoidable, a credit for a future event will be granted, minus a $75 administration fee ($15 for regional meetings). Credits must be used within one year of issue. A substitute attendee is allowed at the applicable NCHRA member/non-member rate in lieu of credit. Separate cancellation policies apply for the HR West Conference and Certification Preparation Courses.
