Today’s workplaces suffer from abysmally low engagement rates, costing our companies millions of dollars in lost productivity, market share and missed opportunities for growth. Why is this happening? We are hiring and managing people to do Social Age work (innovative, creative and strategic) using Industrial Age HR practices.
Identify the direct impact of using outdated HR practices to the company’s bottom line, and more importantly, find out what to do about it. You’ll leave the seminar equipped with tools to convince your stakeholders of the severity of the problem, and a five-step solution to update the way you hire and manage staff.
Use a fresh, easy to apply framework to engage and retain the right staff:
• Hire correctly
• Classify and manage appropriately
• Compensate fairly
• Use currencies of choice to truly engage your workforce
• Communicate using the five focused conversations
