About the Presenter

Michelle Mendoza is a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR). Michelle is the founder of Connect to HR, LLC — a boutique Human Resource Consulting firm. She has an extensive and diverse background in Human Resources generalist and specialist disciplines.

 

Some key areas of expertise include: employee relations, compliance, policy and procedures development, recruitment, and employee development. Michelle is able to develop and operate Human Resources functions at companies with an employee base of 5 to 100 and across a variety of industries. She is fluent in Spanish and can assist companies who have employees where English is a second language.

 

Michelle Mendoza's goal is to help companies maximize their most important resource– their employees! In addition, she helps organizations meet their unique HR and legal compliance needs by providing customized HR services for each unique situation.

 

 

Cancellations received less than seven calendar days from the program date are not refundable. If cancellation within seven days of the program is unavoidable, a credit for a future event will be granted, minus a $75 administration fee ($15 for regional meetings and Webinars). Credits must be used within one year of issue. A substitute attendee is allowed at the applicable NCHRA member/non-member rate in lieu of credit.
