Summary

HR professionals often state that one of the hardest parts of their job is effectively managing employee leaves. It is easy to understand why.

Each request for leave is unique - requiring intensive, time-consuming analysis and follow-up on a case-by-case basis. Is this person even eligible for FMLA leave? Is the paperwork in order? How do I properly calculate pay, bonuses and vacation accrual? Where does Paid Family Leave come in?  And what about conflicting laws like ADA and workers’ comp? It’s enough to make you crazy

Now is the time to put a comprehensive strategy in place. At the end of these four in-depth sessions, you’ll be able to determine eligibility, minimize abuses and manage conflicting laws. Plus, you’ll get all of your lingering questions answered and get into compliance.
