Summary

The Shared Responsibility provision of the Affordable Care Act (Pay or Play) requires that all Applicable Large Employers (ALEs) offer affordable, minimum value coverage to all employees working 30 hours or more per week.  Employers with 50-99 full-time equivalent employees currently have until 2016 to comply...but 2016 is right around the corner!  Whether you are a 50-99 employer or 100+, you need to be clear on what your responsibilities are to stay compliant and avoid the associated penalties!  This webinar will guide you in understanding how to determine if you are subject to Play or Pay, how to count employee hours to remain in compliance, how to handle seasonal employees, what the penalties are for non-compliance, how to properly track variable hour employees and what to report to the IRS.

Don’t get caught wondering if you did it right!  Join us and walk away with clarity on your obligations under this ACA requirement.
