Summary

Whether your organization works internationally or only in California, you encounter global cultures on a daily basis both internally and externally. In this interactive workshop, you will learn the crucial competences for working effectively across global cultures, key steps to take to develop these skills in yourself, and how to develop them within others. Through experiential exercises, you will have the opportunity to assess your own readiness to work in a global environment.


About the Presenter

Rebecca Rodskog is a “Workplace Crusader”, helping organizations transform outdated or non-scalable practices into future-thinking, market-leading cultures where their people can thrive.  She’s on a mission to make organizations better places to work so that all of us can do work that matters and plays to our strengths all while meeting the organization’s goals. Rebecca is an experienced consultant in the field of organizational transformation, change management and innovation. Her 20+ years of experience spans both large-scale, global projects to small, independent, one-on-one coaching relationships, working with clients such as Apple, UPS and P&G. Beyond consulting she’s an expert facilitator, coach, and innovator. A Strategic Partner of Innovations International, Rebecca is the CEO and Founder of Rodskog Change Consulting, and Managing Partner and Founder of FutureLeaderNow.




Cancellations received less than seven calendar days from the program date are not refundable. If cancellation within seven days of the program is unavoidable, a credit for a future event will be granted, minus a $75 administration fee ($15 for regional meetings). Credits must be used within one year of issue. A substitute attendee is allowed at the applicable NCHRA member/non-member rate in lieu of credit. Separate cancellation policies apply for the HR West Conference and Certification Preparation Courses.
