Summary

Google, Facebook, Twitter - three companies known for their dynamic cultures. But how do you create a workplace people love if you don’t have the brand recognition or the budget of these organizations? You’ll be surprised to learn it’s more than just free food and foosball tables.

Hear first-hand how LaSalle Network achieved a 97% engagement rate among staff - 3x the national average - and how the company has won over 50 culture and revenue-based awards since inception.

In this session, you’ll learn how to:

·         Identify employees who are impacting the company culture negatively
·         Implement effective employee recognition programs
·         Create cost-effective programs to engage staff
·         Learn how to maintain a strong culture once created
·         Communicate changes effectively and concisely to staff
