About the Presenter

Steven Huang, Director, Data & Insights, North America, Culture Amp, is part of the new wave of data-driven HR professionals that are helping shape the People Analytics industry. His career focus is maximizing employee engagement and productivity by harnessing the power of employee survey data in tandem with other workforce metrics.


Combining his functional HR expertise, a consultative approach to strategic problem solving, and his quantitative background, he hopes to fundamentally change human capital management. He graduated from Babson College with a B.S. in Business Administration with a concentration in Applied Statistics.




Cancellations received less than seven calendar days from the program date are not refundable. If cancellation within seven days of the program is unavoidable, a credit for a future event will be granted, minus a $75 administration fee ($15 for regional meetings and Webinars). Credits must be used within one year of issue. A substitute attendee is allowed at the applicable NCHRA member/non-member rate in lieu of credit.
