About the Presenter
Natalja Fulton is a Shareholder in the San Francisco office of Jackson Lewis P.C. Ms. Fulton practices employment law exclusively and represents employers and management in State and Federal Courts and Administrative Agencies regarding a broad range of employment-related matters, such as claims of discrimination, harassment, retaliation, labor code violations, breach of contract, wrongful termination, and trade secrets among many others. A significant portion of Ms. Fulton’s practice involves class action litigation regarding wage and hour claims. Before joining Jackson Lewis, Ms. Fulton was a Partner in the employment and labor group at one of California’s largest law firms. Ms. Fulton also worked for the National Football League Management Council in New York. Ms. Fulton earned her J.D. from Golden Gate University School of Law, where she was a member of the Mock Trial Competition Team. She earned a B.A. in History from the University of California, Los Angeles. Ms. Fulton is admitted to practice in both California and New York, and in all Federal Districts in California.
Cepideh Roufougar is a Shareholder in the San Francisco, California office of Jackson Lewis P.C. Ms. Roufougar represents public and private sector management in all areas of labor and employment law. She regularly provides advice and counsel about litigation avoidance, employee management issues, implementing disciplinary actions, collective bargaining issues, and the California Public Safety Officers and Firefighters Procedural Bill of Rights Acts. Ms. Roufougar has also successfully prevailed in numerous arbitrations and administrative appeals upholding serious disciplinary action, enforced management rights through effective collective bargaining and grievance administration, and conducted complex workplace investigations. Before joining Jackson Lewis, Ms. Roufougar focused her practice at a well-regarded local labor and employment firm and served as in-house counsel for a local public agency. Ms. Roufougar is admitted to practice in all California state and federal courts and is also admitted to practice in Texas. Ms. Roufougar received dual Bachelor of Arts degrees in Political Science and Sociology from the University of California, Riverside and her Juris Doctor from the University of San Diego School of Law. Ms. Roufougar has been recognized as a 2013 Rising Star by Northern California Super Lawyers.
Cancellations received less than seven calendar days from the program date are not refundable. If cancellation within seven days of the program is unavoidable, a credit for a future event will be granted, minus a $75 administration fee ($15 for regional meetings). Credits must be used within one year of issue. A substitute attendee is allowed at the applicable NCHRA member/non-member rate in lieu of credit. Separate cancellation policies apply for the HR West Conference and Certification Preparation Courses.
