You’ll also look at trends being set by forward-thinking companies and ask yourself how your organization is meeting the needs of your employees.

What does leadership look like now and tomorrow to create a workplace where employees can do their best work?
Session 3: Individuals
How can individuals show up differently, take charge of their own careers and contribute to a thriving workplace different than in the past?
Session 4: HR
What is the potential path for HR in these new workplace scenarios and how do you prepare for the future?

About the Presenter

Beyond consulting she’s an expert facilitator, coach, and innovator. Rebecca is the CEO and Founder of Rodskog Change Consulting, and Managing Partner and Founder of FutureLeaderNow.
Cancellations received less than seven calendar days from the program date are not refundable. If cancellation within seven days of the program is unavoidable, a credit for a future event will be granted, minus a $75 administration fee ($15 for regional meetings). Credits must be used within one year of issue. A substitute attendee is allowed at the applicable NCHRA member/non-member rate in lieu of credit.
