About the Presenter
Lance Breger is an Executive Wellness Coach and the Founder of Infinity Wellness Partners, a comprehensive corporate wellness company that prepares executives and organizations for the most productive and healthy work-life.
As a 16-year veteran of the health and wellness industry, Lance has led online/on-site WorkLIFE Wellness training programs for over one thousand professionals based on his four pillars of wellness: fitness, nutrition, mind/body and ergonomics.
Lance was the recipient of the Program Director of the Year by the IDEA Health & Fitness Association, the world’s largest association for fitness professionals. Lance received this recognition for bringing wellness into the community by taking his nonprofit after-school program, WellKIDS to 5,000 disadvantaged elementary students in Washington, DC.
Cancellations received less than seven calendar days from the program date are not refundable. If cancellation within seven days of the program is unavoidable, a credit for a future event will be granted, minus a $75 administration fee ($15 for regional meetings). Credits must be used within one year of issue. A substitute attendee is allowed at the applicable NCHRA member/non-member rate in lieu of credit. Separate cancellation policies apply for the HR West Conference and Certification Preparation Courses.
