Establish a set of strategic recruiting KPIs that meaningfully measure HR performance and positively impact your organization.

PRESENTERS

Chris Atkinson  received both his Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and his Master’s degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from San Diego State University. He was also a psychology statistics instructor during his time as a graduate student. Chris has experience in implementing organization-wide pre-employment assessment programs and educating management in the science of employment selection. He also has direct experience working hiring managers as a recruitment analyst in a government agency. Erin Daruszka is the Director of Human Resources for Title Nine. She has over 15 years of Human Resource and business experience working for and with small companies across a variety of industries. She can also be found online, blogging for The Huffington Post. Prior to joining Title Nine, Erin spent nearly 14 years working in the Professional Employer Organization (PEO) industry in a variety of roles including recruiter, client service, and human resources. Erin has also spent several years working for small, family owned businesses in the technology, financial and staffing industries as well as a large State University and a fast growing SaaS start up. She has a Master’s degree in Communication from Northern Illinois University and a Bachelor’s degree in Communication from Slippery Rock University. Erin currently holds a certification as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) and SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP). She is an active member of the Northern California Human Resources Association (NCHRA), UPWARD and is the Chair of the Emerging Executive Committee for Watermark.  In her free time, Erin is an avid reader and active in the improvisational theater community as an actor and festival producer.

 

Maia Josebachvili has a decade of experience building and scaling companies. She is currently vice president of Strategy and People at Greenhouse, a fast-growing, Recruiting Optimization platform.  Josebachvili is responsible for overseeing Recruiting, Operations, Talent Strategy, Employee Experience and Greenhouse's Strategy Consulting practice. Prior to Greenhouse, Josebachvili founded Urban Escapes, a travel and events company that focused on creating ‘social adventures for young professionals.’ During her time as CEO, she was named one of Inc. Magazine’s 30 Top Entrepreneurs Under 30 Years Old. She went on to sell Urban Escapes to LivingSocial, an Amazon-backed e-commerce company. Cancellations received less than seven calendar days from the program date are not refundable. If cancellation within seven days of the program is unavoidable, a credit for a future event will be granted, minus a $75 administration fee ($15 for regional meetings and Webinars). Credits must be used within one year of issue. A substitute attendee is allowed at the applicable NCHRA member/non-member rate in lieu of credit.
