The content and tools are targeted for anyone who needs to manage up successfully in their organization and who needs to learn more about how to build their executive presence so more people will follow them more often more easily. If you want to lead regardless of your role or level this is appropriate for you.

Attendees will also get to take an executive presence assessment and self evaluate their strengths and challenges for having executive presence.


About the Presenter

Patrick Reilly is President of Resources In Action, Inc. He has worked extensively with international leaders in the health care, financial services, technology, and utility sectors for more than 25 years. His passion is getting leaders into action for success and satisfaction. Patrick has a BA in Psychology from Tufts University and an MA in Organizational Development from the JFK School of Management. He is a Certified Master Business Coach through Leadership University. He previously served on the Board of the Professional Coaches and Mentors Organization. He currently is the marketing leader for Alexcel, a group of senior executive coaches.

 

Cancellations received less than seven calendar days from the program date are not refundable. If cancellation within seven days of the program is unavoidable, a credit for a future event will be granted, minus a $75 administration fee ($15 for regional meetings). Credits must be used within one year of issue. A substitute attendee is allowed at the applicable NCHRA member/non-member rate in lieu of credit. Separate cancellation policies apply for the HR West Conference and Certification Preparation Courses.
