SUMMARY

Change is both mandatory and inevitable. Organizations that masterfully embrace change emerge as leaders. To be effective, the process must be planned and managed systematically.

Learn how to create awareness of the challenges and responsibilities each employee faces as a change initiative goes forward, and find out how to do more than simply reduce resistance.

You’ll leave this session able to discuss the nature of change, how it affects us both personally and professionally, and discover the secret to make changes that stick!

Some of the takeaways include:

  • Reasons why change initiatives fail
  • The importance of change
  • The process of effective change management
  • How to lead others through change
  • The emotional process of dealing with change
