It's Your Association and Your Vote Matters

In this election year you’ve likely heard several times that your vote matters, and here at NCHRA we feel the same way. No we aren’t going to weigh in on the U.S. Presidential election, but we do need your vote.

On Wednesday, November 2, 2016 we need your presence (and your vote) as we gather the membership at the Marines' Memorial Club in San Francisco to make a most important decision about our future.

• Be Part of History

As a member you are invited to attend this historical event and help shape our future. Registration and reception is complimentary.

• A Lot Has Changed Since 1960

The NCHRA was founded 55 years ago by two members of a "personnel" department. Since then, a lot has changed. Not only is it not called personnel anymore, Human Resources has evolved into a strategic role no organization can live without. As your association, we need to evolve with you. Help us achieve a level of sophistication unparalleled by other associations by attending this very important vote.

                  • Important Decision

Please join us in person for a special Association meeting seeking your approval of amendments to the NCHRA Articles of Incorporation per the link below and to approve several changes to the NCHRA bylaws. These approvals will allow the Association to move forward in a positive manner and be in a position to best serve your needs today and in the future.  We urge you and your fellow members to be part of this historic night. Food and drink will be served at the pre-meeting networking reception.

Please review the proposed restated Articles of Incorporation here. >
