SUMMARY

Discovering and unlocking hidden talent in the organization will increase involvement and participation of employees at every level and add opportunities for innovation. Too often, talented employees end up just "doing their jobs" when they have other skills to offer that would add to their success and the success of the organization. When employees have opportunities and the right environment to share and be recognized for what they know, add new ways of thinking, making decisions, and solving problems, they feel part of a workplace community.

Retention issues and lack of engagement in organizations continues to result in loss of revenue, high costs, and loss of innovation and potential breakthrough products and services. In addition, employees that look different, think different or share ideas in different ways than the majority either leave or stop trying. According to SHRM, the cost of losing an employee and hiring their replacement can equal between 6-9 months of the employee's salary. A 2014 Gallup poll found that over 51% of employees were not fully engaged, (this doesn't include people who are actively not engaged). We will:

Identify the three key obstacles to finding and optimizing the hidden genius in your organization
Create a pathway to unlock the hidden genius
Learn and be able to practice tools to use immediately after the program
