SUMMARY
Polish your interpersonal communication and discover methods to rise above the noise in client relationships as an HR professional. We often find ourselves in discussions trying to maintain a good client relationship while sometimes representing very different interests than our clients.

96% of employees and executives cite lack of collaboration or ineffective communication for workplace failures (Salesforce). Businesses with effective communication practices were more than 50% more likely to report employee turnover levels below the industry average (Watson Wyatt). This shows how crucial both influence and strong relationships are to HR professionals.

In this meeting, you will:
1. Recognize the three steps for conducting an impactful discussion.
2. Understand the three levels of listening.
3. Determine how you want to be remembered as a communicator.
