SUMMARY
Across all aspects of business, creativity can function like a "skeleton key" to unlock whole new levels of engagement, productivity, leadership and overall job satisfaction. Creativity can be both a defining trait of being human and a basic need for true fulfillment. In this session, you will be provided with a new and empowering understanding of creativity, as well as resources for developing your own creativity while building an innovative, growth-oriented work environment.

According to the World Economic Forum, creativity was the tenth most important job skill in 2015. By 2020, however, creativity will move to be in the top three spots. However, despite this trend, only 1 in 4 people identify being creative, thereby cutting themselves off from a rich source of productivity, innovation, and fulfillment.

This session will:
Provide experiential understanding of the 3 core human needs and how to fulfill them at work.
Demonstrate how creativity naturally arises out of fulfilling those 3 core needs.
Provide tried and true techniques for cultivating creativity in the workplace and building a culture of innovation in the work environment.
