> Charlene Li is a Principal Analyst at Altimeter, a division of Prophet, and the author of five books, including the New York Times bestseller, Open Leadership and the co-author of the critically acclaimed book, Groundswell. She recently published her latest book, The Engaged Leader. She is a graduate of Harvard College and Harvard Business School and lives in San Francisco with her husband and two teenagers.

> John Younger, CEO & Mojo Master at HireMojo is not really limited to the technology or recruiting fields; he invented a carburetor for his 1967 Chevy Impala while in high school. It was during this time that he began to see the connections between math, chemistry, physics and their emotional impact on the person behind the wheel. This accomplishment helped open the door to the University of Notre Dame where he earned a degree in Math and Computer Science and was introduced to new people, big ideas and global concepts that helped shape the person he is today. 

With several patents and a knack for getting his companies on the Inc 500 Fastest Growing Companies list, he’s started 5 successful businesses over 26 years, John’s passion to tackle large problems and dramatically improve organizational performance has roots in his deep understanding of technology, an appreciation for solving multi-generational issues, and a core belief that everyone deserves courtesy and respect.
