Meet Your 2017 Governing Board Members
Thanks to all of you who participated in this year's nominations and election for the 2017 Governing Board. The election results are in and we are pleased to welcome this team that brings leadership, diversity, vision, willingness and ability to serve.
Greg Morton – NCHRA CEO
Michael Ignaffo – GBOD President
Michael Ignaffo heads up HR for The Lagunitas Brewing Company (founded 1993 in California), known for iconoclastic interpretations of traditional beer styles, and irreverent descriptive text & stories on its packaging. With nearly 20 years of professional experience, Mike has demonstrated capability in Engineering, Sales, Human Resources, Media, and Business Development in Automotive, Hi-Tech, and Film industries. He holds a Bachelor’s of Science in Mechanical & Aerospace Engineering from Cornell University and an MBA from the University of Michigan, and has worked for Ingersoll-Rand, Timken, Cisco, Apple, and GoPro, as well as a couple of smaller ventures. Mike enjoys tackling new problems head on, and revisiting standing solutions using a clean sheet approach and newly-surfaced tools.
Eugene Dilan – GBOD Past President
Dr. Eugene Dilan is a licensed psychologist, organizational development consultant and coach with over 25 years of hands on experience developing leaders and values driven performance cultures. He has worked internationally (including in Europe, Iraq and Afghanistan) across all functions and levels, including with C-Suite executives, and in a broad range of technology sector industries including aerospace, biotech, defense, energy, IT, and social media. Currently, he is the CEO of the Dilan Consulting Group, an organization that supports companies of all sizes, from startups to enterprise, and their team has a special knack for understanding engineering and science-based cultures. Eugene recently served on the Division III board of the California Psychological Association, he is also a member of SHRM, and the American Psychological Association.
As President and CEO at HBSC Strategic Services, Chris brings a unique blend of business, technology and strategy expertise to every engagement and work in the Financial Services, Healthcare, Utilities and High-technology industries. Unlike other firms like Accenture, PWC and Booz Allen, HBSC provides services through small highly experienced teams that help clients expertly plan and execute strategic initiatives for sustainable competitive advantage. Chris earned an MBA and Master’s Degree in Computer Science from Columbia University and a BA in Computer Science from Rutgers University.
As Global Vice President of Product Marketing at SAP, David is focused on global human capital management (HCM) solutions for SAP and SuccessFactors. David is an expert on delivering business value through technology and innovation. David earned his Bachelor degree in Finance from California State University-Chico
Nicole Patterson is a Director with Deloitte's Global Employer Services practice where she consults with multi-national companies on their global employee mobility and talent strategies and programs. She focuses on aligning an organization's approach to global mobilization of their talent to their larger business strategy and priorities. Nicole consults with clients nationally and across industries but specializes in Silicon Valley clients. Nicole also serves as Diversity and Inclusion Leader for Deloitte's Global Employer Services practice. Nicole holds a Masters of Business Administration (MBA) with honors from University of Chicago’s Booth School of Business. She received her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science with honors from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA).
Dianna Wilusz, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, CEO, The Pendolino Group, brings 25 years of Human Resources Management and Operations experience, including senior global leadership roles at National Semiconductor, Vice President Operations and HR at Hara Software, Director HR at Beceem Communications and Managing Director of HR Operations at Lam Research. Dianna is currently a board advisor to several for-profit and not-for-profit organizations. She has served a number of clients across many industries and internationally in the areas of compensation, leadership development, recruiting, talent management, and human resources information systems.
Joy Woo is an Associate Vice President at AECOM and is a strategist, marketer, and implementer, Joy works with multi-disciplinary teams to drive strategic initiatives, design detailed plans to market and implement those strategies, and manage the programs required to meet/exceed performance metrics. As an Associate Vice President on the Cities Market Sector team, Joy manages strategic projects to promote growth in AECOM’s priority cities worldwide, including establishing a client management program. Joy earned a Bachelors of Science in Biological Sciences and an MBA from University of California-Davis.
Emi Gusukuma brings over 15 years’ experience practicing all aspects of employment law and related litigation with a focus is on counseling clients on a variety of employment law issues that arise in the workplace, including discrimination, harassment, wrongful termination, retaliation, leaves of absence, and wage and hour claims. Emi holds a Doctor of Law (JD) from University of California, Hastings College of the Law.
Dan Riordan is an executive business leader with proven achievement in startups, turnarounds, acquisition completions and Integrations. High performance in marketing, sales, finance and operations. Dan has executed front line sales, marketing and international business development for IT infrastructure, Software and Recurring Revenue models. Dan leads by the principals of high energy, a drive to make things happen while being decisive, creative and fun. Dan Riordan earned his bachelors of science in Electronic Engineering from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo.
Margaret Almeida, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, is a human resources leader with expertise in building and directing global Human Resources in start-up and high-growth technology organizations. Margaret partners with senior management to identify and address business needs through successful delivery of strategic and tactical HR initiatives. Margaret earned her Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Santa Clara University.
Christine co-founded Sounding Board, a platform that combines 1:1 coaching technology to provide customized leadership development to managers. Christine also led the global developer relations team at Tapjoy as part of the executive management team and oversaw business development, publisher sales, account management, operations with thousands of partners & developers worldwide. She has strong experience leading business development, sales & marketing in both large Fortune 500 companies as well as privately-held VC funded startups. Christine Tao received an MBA from Wharton School of Business and a Bachelor’s of Science in Business from the University of California, Berkeley.
