NCHRA Member How to Guide

How to enter the Regional Code and/or name of person referring you as a New NCHRA Member:

  1. On home page, locate "Join" icon (top of page)  or click Join Now from the Member Drive or Member Benefits page.
  2. Select the proper Membership type. For most this will be 'New Member'.
  3. Create a username and password or enter your username and password that you selected previously.
  4. Enter/update your personal and professional information and click the submit button
  5. On the next page, under Promotional Code, enter the code for your region (if given a code) and click Apply Code. You will see that the code has been acknowledged and it will show The Promotional Code "***" provides a discount of $0.00 for "1 Year New - Manual Renew".

  6. At the bottom of the screen is a text box labeled 'Additional Comments'. Please enter the name of the current NCHRA member who inspired you to join (if applicable).

  7. Complete your credit card payment process.
  8. Welcome to NCHRA!!





How to sign in to your NCHRA profile:

  1. On home page, locate "Sign In" icon (top of page) 
  2. Use the username and password that you selected during registration process
  3. If you forgot your password, please click on Click here to reset your password. Enter your username or the email used to register as a member. You will receive an email to reset your password.





How to update my password?:

  1. On home page, locate "Sign In" icon (top of page)
  2.  Sign in with your username and password.
  3. Click on Welcome, Your Name (at top right), then select Account + Settings.
  4. You will then click on Profile tag on the left.
  5. Under the Account Information section select "change" next to the Password description
  6. Select and confirm your new password
  7. Click "Submit" button once you are finished






How to renew my NCHRA membership online:

  1. On homepage, go to "Sign in" Icon (top of page) 
  2. Sign in with your username and password. You will be taken to your Social Feed page. You may also see a notification such as Upgrade My Membership Now or Continue with Current Membership. If so, click on Upgrade My Membership (this is the same as renewing).
  3. Click on the “Welcome,” button (which includes your name) at the top right.
  4. Click on Accounts + Settings.
  5. Then click on “Payments & History” tag on the left.
  6. You then want to click on the Membership tab located across the top of the window.
  7. Click on Securely renew your membership now
  8. You will then be taken to a page called Membership Dues. Select the appropriate option for you. It will say that $185 is due. Any discounts will appear on the payment page.
  9. Please enter the payment information and click on Submit Securely. Your membership will automatically be renewed and your expiration date extended by one year.






How to print my NCHRA receipt or review an invoice?

  1. On home page, sign in
  2. Sign in with your username and password.
  3. Click on Welcome, Your Name (at top right), then select Account + Settings.
  4. You will then click on Payments & History tag on the left, then the Invoices tab at the top.
  5. You can Click on Filter By Status if your invoice is currently open or shipped/closed if it has already been paid.
  6. For your membership receipt, click on the dollar bill icon, which will take you to your receipt (icon can be found in the lower half of the window).
  7. Choose the print option.





How to access NCHRA Toolkit?

  1. You must first log in to your NCHRA account.
  2. On home page, locate "Sign In" icon (top of page)*Note: Only paid members have access to this service
  3. On home page, hover over Resources at the top of the webpage and then hover over HRToolkit. Choose the service you want to access and click on it.
  4. Click on the blue Login To Access Button
  5. Click Access HR Hotline and HR Toolkit Here or call the hotline number provided
  6. If you receive an error, please check your membership to determine if you are a current paid member
