Who we are:
NCHRA is one of the nation’s largest human resources associations — presenting an excellent opportunity to reach your target audience, HR decision makers. We serve a community of more than 20,000 HR professionals, which is concentrated in Northern California, ranging from Bakersfield to the Oregon border, yet spans across 34 states.
Our community is comprised of forward- thinking HR professionals across a variety of industries with one thing in common — they work in the most innovative place on earth. Practicing HR here in the West requires skills beyond the ordinary, and a level of sophistication not found in other parts of the world.
NCHRA has been serving and supporting HR professionals for over 55 years and plan to continue to do so in 2016 and beyond, and perhaps you will play a key role in that.

How we decide on who to partner with:
After 56 years, serving a community of 20,000 HR professionals, and producing nearly 200 programs annually, we know the HR community pretty well. Our intimacy with this community affords us the opportunity to provide you and your company significant exposure to potential buyers of your service. Helping you extend your brand and grow your business.
We are looking for enterprises that can demonstrate market traction and the ability to scale with us and partners that are able to clearly articulate their value proposition and demonstrate why they are a cut above. Preference given to those offerings that are internet-enabled, that are not hampered by geographic distances, are willing to work with us on some level of integration or single sign-on. Revenue share is attractive to us but not a deal breaker, and a mere discount to our members is likely not enough. Special offerings not found elsewhere are greatly appreciated.
