Summary
Entitlement attitudes in today's workplace can be a difficult management problem or an opportunity for constructive discussion and problem solving. Which way do you want to go? In this talk you will:

  • Explore the meaning of entitlement and why it can be a big challenge for managers and employees today
  • Brainstorm the ways entitlement attitudes manifest in the workplace so they can be recognized and addressed
  • Learn four ways to communicate constructively when common entitlement issues arise
  • Take away agendas to help keep discussions on a constructive track, especially when they become difficult

As long as people work together there will be a need for straight talk. Arm yourself with tools for success.
