Summary
“Have it your way,” touted the 1970’s Burger King Campaign. Revolutionary then--today, an expectation, a Right, some might even say. With mass customization in society well underway, virtually anything in our lives can now be customized.

What does this mean for the workplace? It means employees want to “have it their way"--leaving managers to accommodate the diverse needs of an ever-changing and complex workforce. Managers who master the art of customization will win the hearts and minds of employees, thereby driving performance and employee engagement.

Learn to embrace a mass customization approach in your workforce that will keep your employees engaged, your customers satisfied and your organization thriving. You’ll leave able to:

  • Explain how the mass customization shift impacts the management and development of your employees
  • Immediately move from a one-size-fits-all to a one-size-fits-one approach in your daily leadership role
  • Identify and apply the most innovative customization practices used by companies today
