Discover how to use HR ScoreCards to guide the creation of a high-performance work culture, and make clear to senior management the value of HR in achieving corporate goals. You’ll be able to identify the purpose, use and content of HR ScoreCards, and:
- Provide examples of how two “Best Places to Work” companies built real-life ScoreCards
- Describe the development process for HR ScoreCards, including how the ScoreCard gets built and updated
- Determine the appropriate audiences and common uses of HR ScoreCards
