Summary
HR ScoreCards answer questions like: Are we hiring excellent employees? Are they developing their skills over time? Are our pay structures fair and competitive?

Discover how to use HR ScoreCards to guide the creation of a high-performance work culture, and make clear to senior management the value of HR in achieving corporate goals. You’ll be able to identify the purpose, use and content of HR ScoreCards, and:

  • Provide examples of how two “Best Places to Work” companies built real-life ScoreCards
  • Describe the development process for HR ScoreCards, including how the ScoreCard gets built and updated
  • Determine the appropriate audiences and common uses of HR ScoreCards

In this workshop, you will discover how a powerful tool like the HR ScoreCard can be used to build and sustain the development of a high performance work culture, and simultaneously make clear to senior management the cumulative impact of all HR activities.

Speaker
Michael Selby, founder and President of ScoreCard Partners, 30-year veteran consultant and former OD Manager at Hewlett-Packard, will share his experience building ScoreCards with over 35 major Bay Area companies.
