| Summary
The business role of HR includes optimizing the value of human
capital, just as Finance departments optimize the value of financial
capital. You will learn the steps in building an effective, analytics-based
HR business proposal, and will apply these steps to your own proposal(s).
This is a “hands-on” lab and it is expected that participants
will come with one or more ideas for program/policy proposals to work
on – the more controversial, expensive or difficult – the
better!
In this second seminar in the HR Metrics series, you will
develop skills to:
- Uncover people-related goals important to your
business leaders
- Enhance alignment between business drivers and
HR efforts
- Generate commitment from line management to your
programs
- Develop an HR business case, monetize HR results,
and assess the bottom-line impact of human capital programs and initiatives
You will be provided a structured workbook to support your
continuing efforts in building your case.
Who Should Attend:
- HR leaders and professionals with some experience
in HR metrics and analytics
- Anyone responsible for developing and proposing
human capital-related initiatives and programs
