Speakers: Ray Hixson is a co-founder and partner

companies in labor and employment matters. Ray’s clients include employers
concerned with a wide range of labor and employment matters, and he
frequently conducts trainings for managers, HR professionals, and
attorneys.
Brian K. Nagatani is a co-founder and partner of
Hixson Nagatani LLP. Representing numerous companies, Brian has an
active counseling and litigation practice, and frequently conducts
training sessions on employment-related topics.
