Summary
Research suggests that body language constitutes most of our understanding of one another. So why do we fight over words? Words seldom convey the true nature of the underlying problem, yet we appear pre-disposed to verbal conflict.

When facing pressure, can you: Stay centered? Speak your truth? Listen compassionately? The ability to do so proves imperative for success in business. Discover the secret to responding to verbal pressures using simple and accessible practices from Aikido. Learn the fundamental skills of grounding and centering, and stop avoiding arguments---turn them into constructive resolutions instead.

What people say about this training:

“Simple, experiential exercises that are fun to do.”

“My intuitions clarified and became more accessible.”

“Inspiring and full of wisdom.”
