Summary

Benefit costs consume a larger and larger percentage of company operating budgets, requiring senior management and HR professionals alike to ensure they extract the most value possible from every benefit plan dollar spent. In addition, HR professionals must be able to present and explain the value of benefit plans to executives and employees. During this workshop, you’ll learn to make sound, high-value benefit plan decisions and to:

  • Follow six critical criteria when analyzing and choosing plans
  • Discover when and how to factor in employee perceptions when deciding on plans
  • Analyze benefits with proven tools used by benefit brokers and consultants
  • Articulate and communicate your decisions to senior management and your customers
