Summary

The breadth of diversities in the workplace is expanding. And while employees of a diversity of ages, generations, cultures, religions, abilities, and orientation provide unprecedented opportunity for the success of our organizations, this expansion has also heightened issues of harassment, discrimination and retaliation. The resulting escalating jury and settlement awards demand employers increase their vigilance in providing a legally compliant workplace.

Examine three strong cases for esteeming diversity and inclusion as core values in your organization.

  • the 'business case' of increased competitiveness and broader market share
  • the 'legal case' of the employer duty to provide an equal employment opportunity workplace
  • the 'organizational case' of increased innovation and creativity

Learn to establish legally compliant recruitment methods and provide the tools for effective retention and inclusion of diverse employees.
