> Lisa Paul, Executive Vice President, Human Resources, Oclaro, Inc
Lisa Paul has served as the Executive Vice President of Human Resources since November 2014. Her global responsibilities include all aspects of Human Resources Management including talent management, succession planning, acquisition integration, culture, change management, executive compensation and workforce strategy and planning.

Prior to joining Oclaro, Ms. Paul was the Vice President of Human Resources at Flextronics International responsible for Integrated Network Solutions with over $10B in revenue in 30 counties. She also developed the Global Talent Management function which included responsibility for Succession Planning, Leadership Development, Learning and Development, Performance Management and Talent Acquisition.

Ms. Paul has over 25 years in Human Resources leadership and consulting experience in technology, service and communication companies including Cisco Systems from 2006 to 2011 and Sun Microsystems from 2001 to 2006.

> Tiffany Lynn Heiner, Senior Corporate Paralegal, Trimble, Inc
Tiffany is American and she worked 20 years in Europe as an International Paralegal. She has worked for various multinational organizations, the Europe Union and the United Nations.

Tiffany is specialized in international compliance, creating, merging and liquidating subsidiaries in a multitude of countries and jurisdictions.


> Catherine Moore, General Manager U.S., Polyglot Group
Catherine is an innovation & technology evangelist as well as a solutions designer who thrives on helping people and businesses globally create, grow and expand.

A global citizen, she started her career in France before moving to California, where she has spent the last 18 years working in executive roles with high-tech start-ups as well as Fortune 500 companies. Based mainly in the Silicon Valley & San Diego, Catherine has created impactful solutions for many companies, including Right Management, Kyriba, TangoMe, Nokia, Applied Materials and Cellon, to name a few.

Seeing a niche in the market, Catherine also created her own consulting practice, Bridge2Tek, helping foreign hi-tech companies settle and grow in San Diego. Her love of innovation also saw her pioneer one of the first HR and Innovation conferences in the Silicon Valley in 2008. Having now joined Polyglot Group as our General Manager for the US, Catherine is bringing her extensive HR experience to launch us into the US with a BANG.

> Rony Gaglianone Calhau, SPHR, Director, Talent Management, Cepheid
Rony is the Global Director Talent Management for Cepheid, a Danaher Company and a leader in Molecular Diagnostics. He operates internationally across Cepheid and is accountable for assisting in the identification of current and future talent needs and trends and in the implementation of Danaher and Life Sciences & Diagnostics Platform solutions. Rony’s responsibilities also include Employee Engagement, Learning & Leadership Development and Diversity & Inclusion.

In his 25+ years of HR experience Rony lived and worked in 6 different countries and held HR leadership positions in the Automotive, Petrochemicals, Semiconductors and Life Sciences industries. Prior to Cepheid Rony was with Lam Research, Borealis and Volkswagen. He is fluent in Portuguese, English and German, has good knowledge of Spanish and basic knowledge of Italian.

Rony is an avid motorcyclist and ice hockey player. His sports accomplishments include winning the Brazilian national figure skating Championships three consecutive times and playing ice hockey for both the Portuguese and the Brazilian National Teams.
