For more than 10 years, Darcy has been an entrepreneur, founding/owning U.S. and Canadian companies in the retail, distribution, consulting and education sectors.  

Darcy has also held several President and CEO positions, innovating products and building brands while developing high-performance cross-functional teams. During his tenure at Total Diving, Darcy launched a profitable retail/wholesale operation to become the largest in the nation. He has 10+ years of sales experience in transportation and broadcasting. As the Assistant VP of Sales for Canadian National, Darcy managed a 22-member sales force, grew million-dollar accounts, and created a companywide benchmark sales training program.
