Discover proactive steps to reduce the risk of bullying in your workplace and respond to complaints with professional executive coaching. Statistics from the 2014 National Survey on Workplace Bullying show more than 70% of employers tend to deny, discount, encourage, rationalize, or defend bullying behavior. 77.7% of employees targeted for bullying lose their jobs.

In this session we will dispel myths about workplace bullying. We will cover specific tools to work with the abrasive manager and identify the organizational/system components that perpetuate the disruptive behavior as damages and costs escalate. You will learn:

·         How executive coaching is an alternative to investigations

·         Learn a new framework to assess risk factors for systemic bullying

·         Professional skills for responding to employee complaints
