ABOUT THE Panelists

> Geetanjali Singh, HR Business Partner – Power Integrations
Since 2017, Geetanjali has been serving as an HR Business Partner with Power Integrations Inc., a Silicon Valley-based supplier of high-performance electronic components across the globe. Power Integrations has offices in 15 countries, including India. At the corporate level, she and her team are deeply involved in international compensation and benefits, policy design, compliance and organizational level HR decision making.

Geetanjali has more than 10 years of international HR experience, having practiced HR in both India and Singapore before relocating to USA. She has handled the entire gamut of HR services and has worked with leading multinational companies in consumer goods, automobiles, semiconductors and technology industries. Passionate about helping people and organizations succeed, Geetanjali pursued an MBA in Human Resources and in 2009, started her HR career at Procter & Gamble, Singapore as the Regional HR Business Partner for the Healthcare & Snacks business in the Asia Pacific. In this assignment she was deeply involved in working with business leaders on regional workforce planning, talent management, creating diverse teams, enhancing organizational effectiveness and employee engagement. 

After spending 3 years in Singapore, Geetanjali chose to return to India, her home country, in a Corporate HRBP role with TATA Motors, India’s leading automobile manufacturer and the owner of Jaguar-Land Rover. Apart from her business partner responsibilities, she was part of the CEO’s “Lead the Future” task force and worked on the company’s organization transformation and performance improvement projects. Geetanjali is an avid movie-goer, enjoys yoga and loves connecting with fellow HR professionals as an active member of NCHRA Santa Clara Region. She holds SPHR and SHRM-SCP certifications.


> Balakrishnan Ravichandran, Director, HR – Aricent, SPHR
Balakrishnan (Balky), is a versatile human resources leader with vast professional experiences in consulting, corporate and business partnering. He also has expertise with HR in the hi-tech industry. With about 15 years of critical HR experience, he has led Aricent and other corporates on M&A spanning geographies, led Rewards and Performance Management, as well as Business Partnering.

Balky has held multiple roles within his current organization, Aricent Technologies, an Altran Company. As Director of Human Resources, Balky leads the HR for Delivery Organization in North America. In his previous roles, he led HR for Aricent’s Bangalore center of 3,000 employees. Prior to Aricent, Balky led the Global Rewards Practice for Tata Elxsi (a Tata Group company), and consulted large corporations with Towers Willis Watson and Cerebrus Consultants. Balky’s core expertise is in compensation & benefits. He started his career as a C&B consultant before moving on to corporate roles. He has managed upwards of 50M USD as a rewards budget.

Balky is passionate about volunteering, motorcycling and outdoors. He has motorcycle expeditions to the Himalayas. He loves spending time with his spouse and child of 2.5 years during weekends.

> Tiffany Heiner, Senior Corporate Paralegal – Trimble Inc.
Tiffany has served as a Senior Corporate Paralegal at Trimble Inc. since 2017, where she and her team manage 250+ global entities in over 45 countries, as well as drive multiple acquisition driven restructuring and operational expansion projects across Europe, the Americas and MEA.

Her expertise encompasses several multifaceted international roles over the last 20 years, including a stint with the European Union assuring project adherence to EU mandates. For the last 10+ years, Tiffany has served as an International Corporate Paralegal specializing in subsidiary maintenance, corporate governance and global expansion projects for organizations with a large global footprint. She is highly knowledgeable in domestic and international corporate legal compliance. Her broad global legal expertise taps her proven organizational skills and project management leadership.

In her previous roles, she has also served as Chair to the Global Infrastructure Committee and as Secretary to the Audit Committee. Her responsibilities have also included the development and oversight of the international legal department budgets for maintenance, restructuring and expansion projects. Prior international paralegal expertise include Brocade Communications (San Jose), Nabucco Gas Pipeline International (Austria), and Borealis Group (Austria).

Tiffany is an avid motorcyclist as well as beer and wine connoisseur, though she never pursues these hobbies at the same time. She obtained her Beer Sommelier certificate after studies and brewing in Vorarlberg, Austria. She has taught several courses and published multiple articles in German language journals on cooking with beer, beer pairing and beer appreciation.

 


CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellations received less than seven calendar days from the program date are not refundable. If cancellation within seven days of the program is unavoidable, a credit for a future event will be granted, minus a $75 administration fee ($15 for regional meetings). Credits must be used within one year of issue. A substitute attendee is allowed at the applicable NCHRA member/non-member rate in lieu of credit. Separate cancellation policies apply for the HR West Conference and Certification Preparation Courses.
