Develop the skills to mobilize your team to conquer challenges and seize opportunities.
“Wow, I have always demanded that my way was the right way, but then struggled to get my employees to take ownership of their work. Now I understand why and how to change that.” - Past attendee
“Learning Personal Vibe styles has been a huge “Aha” to interacting and leading my team. I wish I would have had this info years ago so I could avoid a million misunderstandings.” - Past attendee
“My meetings are so much more productive. We have cut meeting time in half and are easily getting twice as much done because we know how to talk about what is most important and make key decisions.” - Past attendee
Differences in communication styles might be causing dissatisfaction at work and costing you good people. Gallup Polls indicate when employees leave jobs due to management, the number one reason is due to interactions with their direct supervisors. This problem can be intensified for newer managers who get fast-tracked into management and haven’t yet received training in critical soft skills that help teams work well together.
When expectations go unmet, or team members have taken offense from an interaction, the root of resentment begins to grow. The average cost of employee turnover in the Bay Area is approximately 1-2 times an employee's annual salary.
This interactive workshop addresses the relational breakdowns in the workplace that result in keeping company growth stagnant---and what to do about them.
As a manager in your organization, you will learn simple visual clues, what emotional maturity is and the #1 emotional driver to make decisions. You will leave able to have critical, often difficult, or uncomfortable conversations with your subordinates. Quality conversations will become the impetus for every great breakthrough.
This session will equip you with the skills needed to build enthusiastic teams, lean into hard conversations and draw out the best performance from your co-workers and direct reports.
You will be equipped to:
> Easily identify and inspire the Four Personal “Vibe” Types
> Build a culture of trust and accountability
> Mobilize teams to conquer challenges and seize opportunities
Enjoy entertaining videos to illustrate important points, as well as simple small group exercises that engage both the mind and your communication skill set.
