SUMMARY

Change is increasing and disruption comes for all. Industries that have been disrupted once are being disrupted again. Organizations must learn Adaptive Leadership to adapt in a constantly changing environment. This emerging leadership style is based on Agile Software Development that has quickly gained a prominent status in most software companies as the appropriate leadership method for adapting quickly in a constantly changing environment. Join us to cover the skills, tools and mindsets required to thrive in a constantly changing environment, such as trust, alignment, co-operation and cognitive diversity.

We will cover the tactical means to evaluate, diagnose and repair trust issues, gain alignment via the Cycle of Alignment and the need for Cognitive Diversity, and how to co-operate based on motivators, fears, stress response and information needs.

After participating, you will understand how to:

1) Evaluate, diagnose and repair trust issues.
2) Gain alignment using the Cycle of Alignment.
3) Co-operate using motivators, fears, stress response and information needs.
