SUMMARY
Most group health plans are covered by the federal Employee Retirement Income Security Act (ERISA), which provides protections for plan participants and beneficiaries. This “How to Comply with ERISA Requirements” webinar will highlight vitally-important ERISA requirements employers sponsoring group health plans must comply with in order to avoid penalties. Together we will cover:

·         What notices ERISA requires plan sponsors to distribute to plan participants
·         How to comply with ERISA’s health plan nondiscrimination requirements
·         How to comply with ERISA’s notice and coverage requirements imposed under the Affordable Care Act

There will be a brief demo and the end of the presentation on how to utilize NCHRA’s member-only tool HR360 on this topic.
