Technology is affording new ways in which to select, transition, and retain talent of all types. Businesses and HR are discovering excitingly NEW ways in which to reshape their programs to leverage the technology and create the agile workforce.
The contingent workforce continues to grow, yet many HR programs do not incorporate these individuals into the company or the culture. Studies show a greater productivity with teams that are all-inclusive, and technology allows new thinking on who the teammates could be and where they are, how they are measured, and subsequently rewarded.
Using technology "smartly" opens up new paths for hiring, monitoring, and retaining all talent that is needed by the business. Join this interactive session to discover:
1) How to rethink HR programs in many key areas: hiring, communication, workforce planning, engagement, and benefits.
2) What technologies exist today and where are they headed.
3) Where to start in overhauling HR programs that are out of sync with the REAL workforce.
