>> July 24: Targeting Competitive Pay in the Global Environment
Creating pay ranges in a global environment can be a challenge. Benchmark information may be difficult to find and trust. So how can we create pay structures that are competitive? The proper pay ranges will help ensure your workforce is paid competitively compared to other companies and fairly in relation to internal peers. Choosing the right methodology can save your company millions on pay budgets and administrative costs.
During this session, you see that not all pay range methodologies are equal and how to determine the best fit for your company for any environment. Learn how to identify the right pay strategy for your company and select the appropriate pay structure for any location that will drive results. Discover ways to target pay more effectively so your company can allocate funds to groups of higher need. Learn training and communication tips to promote employee goodwill and improve pay management.
>> July 29: How to Attract and Retain your Top Performers
Is it difficult to find and keep high-performing talent? Pay is a necessary element in the work environment but many companies fail to design compensation plans that are aligned with the talent philosophy and fail to attract and motivate employees. The end result is that companies often overpay for the amount of employee satisfaction and performance that is delivered.
Learn the critical factors that are necessary to obtain high performing employees to drive business success. This topic will show you how to align your company’s employee value proposition with your pay strategy to maximize worker engagement in their role. Learn how to craft the cutting edge pay programs that your company needs to better compete in the marketplace. Learn the most practical and effective techniques that top-performing companies have already implemented. Don’t go another year with a program that doesn’t work; modernize your practices now and make a successful shift to begin taking your company’s talent programs to an entirely new level.
>> July 31: Using Technology to Pay Differently While Paying Fair
Human resources and compensation experts must work hand-in-hand to ensure pay decisions are fair and competitive. Audits, lawsuits, and a damaged company brand are high prices to pay for an ineffective pay process. During this presentation, we will show you how to ensure you have checks and balances in place to deliver the best pay outcomes and how to leverage technology to improve your processes. Learn how to design the pay review process that is easy to administer and delivers optimal results. Know the types of analysis required to ensure fair pay, and discover the ease of transitioning from spreadsheets to a modern pay platform.
