And with the majority of the young company focused on their new product, you’ll want to ensure everyone’s hard work is not at risk by making managers and leaders aware of essential do’s and don’ts so your organization does not get sued.

Brandi is Lumity’s Community Manager for HR for HR and resides in the San Francisco Bay Area. She’s an accomplished HR leader with more than 17 years of progressive, diverse and broad-based HR experience in a variety of industries and organizational structures. Over the course of her career, she’s worked in the startup world in NYC, LA and New Orleans at global companies such as TripleLift and Playdots.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellations received less than seven calendar days from the program date are not refundable. If cancellation within seven days of the program is unavoidable, a credit for a future event will be granted, minus a $75 administration fee ($15 for regional meetings). Credits must be used within one year of issue. A substitute attendee is allowed at the applicable NCHRA member/non-member rate in lieu of credit. Separate cancellation policies apply for the HR West Conference and Certification Preparation Courses.
