The Results-Focused Goal is clear and specific, measurable, and it defines the result or outcome the person will achieve. A team member with a set of plans done this way knows exactly what the stakes are, has had some say in defining the results, and is able to take their own measurements. No longer will you hear, “That’s not what I wanted!” or “I did too finish that goal!” because you will have agreed up front on expectations and where we will find the evidence.

ABOUT THE PRESENTER:
Christine Silver is a management coach, facilitator, and human resources advisor. After about a dozen years in HR roles, Christine started a coaching and training practice and developed over 2,000 leaders over the past decade. Industries she has experience in include high tech, non-profit, higher education, banking, city government, and more.
Christine’s clients describe her as a good listener who doesn’t let them off the hook.
