Join workplace conversation expert & mediator Lorie Reichel-Howe as you learn how to implement a “safe conversations communication framework” to respectfully and safely address and resolve workplace issues that breakdown relationships and erode workplace culture.
65-80% of all difficulties in organizations come from strained relationships, not skill deficits or motivation. (Daniel Dana, Managing Differences). Additionally, most organizations lose between 20-80% of their potential performance because leaders and employees are unskilled at stepping-up and confronting issues. (Crucial Confrontations, Patterson, Grenny, McMillan, Switzler) 70% of bosses never become leaders because they lack leadership communication skills.
The way people communicate will either increase or decrease their career success. Leaders who respectfully and effectively address issues increase individual and team productivity while fostering a positive working. Join this virtual program to:
1) Discover skills to effectively talk, listen and collaborate at times when opinions differ
2) Develop communication strategies for safely address behaviors that negatively impact working relationships
3) Increase employee performance and team productivity
Together, we will identify a challenging workplace situation you have and implement a "Safe Conversations Communication Framework" in which you can practice safely addressing the issues at hand.
