About the Presenters

Chad Albrecht, Principal, ZS Associates
Chad Albrecht leads the sales compensation practice at ZS Associates. He is a Certified Sales Compensation Professional (CSCP) and has 18 years consulting experience with Hewitt Associates and ZS Associates. During that time, he consulted with clients to create and implement motivational sales incentive plans and set fair and challenging sales quotas. Chad has worked with clients in many industries including high tech, medical devices, business services, industrial products, and manufacturing. Chad is the author of several articles in publications including Compensation and Benefits Review, World at Work Journal, and Workspan. In addition, Chad is a regular contributor to the most widely read blog on sales compensation, The Carrot, and is a regular speaker at conferences.


Tim Driessen, Principal, Mercer
Tim Driessen is a Principal in Mercer’s San Francisco office. He has helped many public and private organizations and institutions achieve their strategic objectives through the evaluation and design of their (sales) compensation strategies, incentive plans, career frameworks, and organizational structures, while also assisting organizations in the transition from current state to desired state. Tim also has direct experiences in sales, marketing, and business development roles for over 8 years prior to becoming a human capital consultant. Tim holds an MBA from Duke’s Fuqua School of Business and a BA in Economics and Psychology with completion of the Leadership Sequence from Claremont McKenna College and has published articles in Workspan and WorldatWork.

Frank Glassner, CEO, Veritas
Frank Glassner is the Chief Executive Officer of Veritas Executive Compensation Consultants, LLC (Veritas). Additionally, he leads the Firm’s Executive Compensation Practice. Frank is a nationally recognized executive compensation expert with over thirty-six years of experience in the field of compensation and strategy consulting. Prior to joining Veritas, LLC in 2009, Frank founded and was the Chief Executive Officer of Compensation Design Group, Inc. (CDG), assisting both domestic and international companies in developing unique and specific compensation programs that are linked directly to business, financial and strategic objectives. Frank is a member of the Conference Board, World at Work (formerly American Compensation Association), American Management Association, and the National Association of Corporate Directors where he has been named a Corporate Governance Leadership Fellow.


Alessandra K. Murata, Counsel, Executive Compensation and Benefits, Skadden

Alessandra Murata’s practice focuses on advising public and private companies, boards, private equity clients, asset managers and members of management on executive compensation and benefits issues arising in the context of mergers, acquisitions, initial public offerings and other extraordinary corporate events, including private equity and leveraged buyout transactions. Ms. Murata also regularly advises public and private companies, executive management teams and individual executives on the adoption, revision and negotiation of executive employment and severance arrangements. In addition, Ms. Murata has advised numerous clients regarding the design, implementation and restructuring of equity compensation arrangements for corporations and partnerships in the context of private equity transactions, compliance with the tax rules relating to deferred compensation, tax planning with respect to the excise tax on excess parachute payments, limits on the deductibility of executive compensation and the SEC rules governing executive compensation disclosure and reporting. Ms. Murata is also the author of the partnerships chapter in the Section 409A Treatise.

Dan Weber, SPHR-CA, SHRM-SCP, Director, Radford Analytics
Dan Weber, SPHR-CA, SHRM-SCP is the Director of Global Workforce Analytics for Radford Surveys and Consulting. In this role, Dan leads Radford’s Global Workforce Analytics program, which combines incumbent level compensation data with headcount/staffing, labor cost, workforce trend and company-level performance data to provide a comprehensive and dynamic set of market references for evaluating, modeling, and fine-tuning workforce strategies. Dan is also an expert in job architecture and career leveling and is responsible for developing job family models and leveling criteria for Radford’s suite of Global Surveys.
Prior to joining Radford, Dan managed human resources, mergers and acquisitions, compensation and benefits and global job architectures for several leading technology firms.




Cancellations received less than seven calendar days from the program date are not refundable. If cancellation within seven days of the program is unavoidable, a credit for a future event will be granted, minus a $75 administration fee ($15 for regional meetings and Webinars). Credits must be used within one year of issue. A substitute attendee is allowed at the applicable NCHRA member/non-member rate in lieu of credit.
